Tiffany and Tom are excited to continue their Celebrating Connections: Chef Series, welcoming Louisiana to Texas!Â
Join Chef Ross and Tom as we host a full-course dinner, paired with our select wines or zero-proof cocktails. You will have the opportunity to meet and connect with the Chef and enjoy an evening of Cajun flair!

FIRST COURSE

Louisiana Culinary Trails takes to the road, showcasing the diverse food experiences found throughout the state in major cities across the country. Louisiana Culinary Trails inspires travelers by highlighting the accessibility and epicurean journeys awaiting exploration throughout the state, facilitated by Louisiana tourism and neighboring communities.
Boasting an exciting food and beverage scene, Dallas is a quick getaway from the Bayou State and serves as a savory opportunity to explore the diverse culinary delights of its southern sister state.
About Chef Ross DoverÂ
Chef Ross is the Executive Chef at Palmettos, which is set on the tranquil Bayou Bonfouca near Old Town Slidell and serving classic Creole dishes highlighting fresh Louisiana ingredients. Â Prior to Palmettos, Chef Rosss was Executive Chef at Restaurant August in New Orleans.
Chef Ross is a Louisiana native, born and raised in Houma. He attended Nicholls State University where he studied Culinary Arts at the John Folse Culinary Institute. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys hunting and fishing, and holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He resides in Pearl River, LA with his wife, Paige, and their two children.
